To assist you in this, we have a referral service where a very experienced paralegal conveyancer will visit you at your home. 
Our independent contractor provides an efficient and friendly settlement facilitation service for sellers, buyers and people refinancing. This may be attending to the signing and witnessing of your important legal documents, through to the delivering and collecting of necessary documentation to ensure your transaction proceeds to completion … all in your own home!
